Apple Breakfast Casserole

8 apples, medium, sliced

1/2 c. honey

2 T. cinnamon

4 c. granola, low fat

1/2 c. apple juice

4 T. margarine, melted


Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray or use a liner. Place apples in a slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients then stir to coat the apples.  Cover and cook on low until done (2 1/2-6 hours).  


Makes 12-3/4 c. servings.
