Avocado Mango Salsa

1/4 c. hot jalapeno jelly

1/4 c. fresh lime

2 avocados, large, diced

1 red bell pepper, large, diced

1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped

2 mangoes, large, peeled and diced*

*1 (26 oz.) jar refrigerated mango pieces, drained, may be substituted for fresh mango.*


Whisk together jelly and lime juice in a large bowl.  Add remaining ingredients, and stir until blended.  Cover and chill 8 hours.


Makes 40-2 T. servings.
