Baked Chimichangas

8 oz. ground beef, extra lean

1/2 c. onion, chopped

1/2 t. garlic, minced

1 c. salsa, chunky

1 t. chili seasoning

8 tortillas, whole wheat

1/4 c. sour cream, fat free


Preheat the oven to 475° F.   Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.  In a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, brown meat and onion.  Rinse and drain meat and return to skillet.  Stir in garlic, 1/2 cup salsa and chili seasoning.  Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.  Spoon 1/4 c meat mixture into center of each tortilla.  Fold like a burrito and bake for 12-14 minutes.   Serve with 2 tablespoons salsa and 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
