Balsamic Strawberry Salsa

6 T. olive oil

2 T. white balsamic vinegar

1/2 t. salt

1 pt. strawberries, fresh, coarsely, chopped

8 green onions, chopped

2 pt cherry tomatoes, chopped

1/2 c. cilantro, fresh, chopped


Whisk together first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.  Add strawberries and remaining ingredients, toss to coat.  Chill at least 1 hr. Serve with tortilla chips.

Makes 60-2 T. servings.
