Banana Strawberry Fruit Smoothie

1 banana

6 strawberries, frozen

1 1/4 c. milk, skim

1/2 c. yogurt, vanilla, low fat


In a blender, process fruit with the rest of the ingredients.  Blend until thoroughly mixed.  Serve immediately.

Makes 3-1 c. servings.
