1/2 c mint leaves, fresh, packed
1 pt blackberries
6 T. sugar/non calorie sweetener blend
8 t. vanilla
4 c. ice
mint for garnishing
Roughly chop mint leaves. Pure the mint, blackberries and sugar in a blender. Press through a fine sieve into a bowl and discard seeds. Rinse the blender then return puree to the blender and add ice and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
