Breakfast Banana Split

1 banana, small, ripe, 

1/2 c. vanilla yogurt, low fat

1/2 c. whole grain cereal

1/2 c. fresh fruit


Peel banana and cut in half lengthwise; place in cereal bowl.  Top with yogurt, cereal and fruit.


Makes 1 serving.
