Brown Rice

2 c. water

1 c. rice, brown, long-grain, raw

2 t. garlic, minced

1/2 c. onions, diced

16 oz. can vegetarian beans, drained


Bring water to a boil.  Add all other ingredients; lower temperature to a simmer.  Simmer covered for 45 minutes.


Makes 8-1/2 c. servings.
