1 banana, large, peeled and chopped
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 c. red bell pepper, finely chopped
3 T. fresh lime juice
1/2 c. green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 T. olive oil
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped, fresh
1/4 T. salt
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/8 T. pepper
1 roasted jalapeno pepper, chopped
Combine all ingredients, toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
