Cooking spray
1 lb pork roast, cut into strips
1 1/2 c. stir fry vegetables, frozen, deluxe
1/4 c. Italian dressing, zesty, fat free
2 T. soy sauce, lower sodium
2 T. honey
1/4 t. ginger, ground
3 T. almonds, sliced
Spray large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet on medium-high. Add meat; stir fry 5 minutes or until cooked through. Add remaining ingredients; stir 5 minutes or until heated through.
*Serve over hot cooked spaghetti or rice.
Makes 5-3/4 c. servings.
