Crunchy Creamy Apple Salad

1/4 c. yogurt, nonfat, vanilla

1 t. lime juice

2 apples, diced

1/2 c. raisins

1/3 c. celery, sliced

2 T. walnuts, chopped


Combine yogurt and lime juice.  Add apples, raisins and celery.  Toss well. Before serving sprinkle walnuts on top of salad.  Refrigerate and enjoy.

Makes 9-1/2 c servings.
