3 whole wheat tortillas
water
1 T. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
2 c. strawberries, chopped
1 T. orange juice
1/2 T. sugar substitute
8 oz. yogurt, vanilla, low fat
1/2 c. coconut
Heat oven to 350° F Cut the tortillas into triangles (8 pieces). Lay them on a baking sheet. Combine 1 T. sugar and 1 t. cinnamon. Brush tortilla chips with water Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture over tortilla chips and bake for 12 minutes or until crisp. Combine the chopped strawberries, orange juice and 1/2 T. of sugar substitute. Mix well. When chips have cooled, top with strawberry sauce,yogurt and coconut.
