16 oz. broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, frozen
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup, 98% fat free and 50 % less sodium
8 oz. cream cheese, vegetable flavored, softened
cooking spray
1/2 c. croutons, seasoned
Preheat oven to 375F. Prepare vegetables according to package directions. Drain and place in a large mixing bowl. Add soup and cream cheese. Mix well. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
