12 oz. yogurt, vanilla, nonfat (2-6 oz containers)
1 1/2 T. brown sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
2 c. strawberries, halved
1 can pineapple chunks, reserve juice (8 oz)
1/2 c. grapes, sliced
1 apple, chopped
18 wooden skewers, small
Mix yogurt, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Place in the refrigerator. Drizzle pineapple juice over apple pieces. Place 5-6 pieces on wooden skewer, rotating shapes and colors. Serve kabobs with yogurt sauce.
Makes 9 servings-2 kabobs and 2 T. yogurt.
