12 strawberries
1/4 t. mint, dried
1/4 t. honey
1/2 c. yogurt, plain, nonfat
2 kiwi
2 peaches
3-4 Romaine lettuce leaves, torn
In a small bowl, mash enough strawberries (about 3) to make 2 T. of puree; reserve remaining. In a small bowl, stir strawberry puree, mint and honey into yogurt and blend. Set aside. Slice the strawberries, peel and slice the kiwi and cut the peaches into small chunks. To assemble salads, line two salad plates with lettuce. Arrange the cut-up fruit on the lettuce. Top with the cream dressing.
