1 pita bread, large
1/4 c. tomato, chopped
1/4 c. pizza sauce
1/4 c. squash or zucchini, sliced
3 T. onion, chopped
3 T. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. mozzarella cheese, fat free, shredded
Preheat oven to 375F. Place the pita bread on a baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce on the bread. Layer the vegetables on top and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese has melted. Cut into slices and serve.
**Any vegetables can be used!**
