1 1/2 wild rice, uncooked
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. carrots, chopped
2 cans mushrooms, sliced (4 oz)
1 onion, large chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 c. almonds, slivered
3 cubes beef bouillon
2 1/2 t. seasoned salt
2 lb. steak, boneless, round, cubed
3 c. water.
Place ingredients, in order listed, into a slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours or until rice is tender.
Makes 6-1 c. servings.
