1 can pineapple chunks (20 oz)
1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz)
1 banana, large, sliced
1 kiwi, peeled, halved, sliced
1 c. strawberries, quartered
1/4 t. lime peel (optional)
2 T. lime juice
1 T. honey
Drain pineapple; reserve 1/4 c. juice. In a large serving bowl combine pineapple chunks, mandarin, oranges, banana, kiwifruit and strawberries. In a small mixing bowl, stir together reserved pineapple juice, lime peel, lime juice and honey. Pour over salad; toss to coat.
