2 c. garbanzo beans, canned, drained
1/3 c. tahini paste
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 t. salt
2 garlic cloves, halved
1 T. olive oil
1 pinch paprika
1 t. fresh parsley, minced
Place the garbanzo beans, tahini paste, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Drizzle olive oil over the garbanzo bean mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
