1 can refried beans, fat free (16 oz)
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix (Get Fresh! recipe)
1 c. sour cream, fat free
1 c. Romaine lettuce, shredded
1 c. cheddar cheese, reduced fat
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1/4 c. black olives, sliced
1/2 c. tomatoes, chopped
1 c. salsa
In a small mixing bowl, mix refried beans with taco seasoning until combined. Spread the bean mixture in the bottom of a large glass bowl or other deep dish for layering. Layer remaining ingredients over bean mixture; cover. Refrigerate at least an hour or until chilled.
Makes 14-1/4 c. servings.
