Mushroom Tartlets

12 wonton wrappers

2 c. mushrooms, chopped

1/3 c. onion, chopped

3 T. green onion, chopped

1/2 t. garlic, minced

1/8 t. black pepper

1/8 t. nutmeg

1/4 c. cream cheese, fat free, softened


Preheat oven to 375F. Mix mushroom, onions, garlic and spices in a small bowl.  Add cream cheese and mix well.  Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.  Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin tin.  Spoon 2 T. of mushroom mixture into wonton cups.  If you have any mixture leftover evenly divide it between the 12 tartlets. Bake 8-10 minutes until edges are brown.

Makes 12 wontons; one wonton is a serving.
