Oatmeal Raisin Bars

cooking spray

1/2 c. margarine

3/4 c. brown sugar

1/4 c. sugar substitute

1 egg white

1/2 t. salt

1/2 t. cinnamon

1/2 c. flour

1/2 c. whole wheat flour

2 c. oats

1 c. raisins


Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray.  In a large bowl, whisk together butter, sugars, egg, salt and cinnamon until smooth.  Add flour, oats and raisins. Fold in just until combined.  Spread and press batter in prepared pan and bake 25 to 3o minutes.  Cool completely in pan. Cut into 16 bars.


Makes 16 bars.
