Peach Salsa

1 can peaches, drained, rinsed (15 oz)

1/3 c. bell pepper, red, chopped

1/4 c. onion, red, minced

1/2 T. cilantro, chopped

1/2 T. lime juice


In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.  Chill for about 30 minutes or until flavors have blended well. Serve as topping or as a salsa.

Makes 10 servings.
