Mustard Sauce:
1/2 c. dijon mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise, light
1 t. soy sauce, low sodium
1 t. garlic powder
Combine all ingredients and serve.

Cheese Sauce:
2 T. margarine
2 T. flour
1 c. milk, skim
1 c. cheddar cheese, reduced fat
1 t. mustard
1/4 t. salt
In a saucepan, melt margarine. Add in flour and stir. Slowly pour milk into mixture. Stir until mixture has thickened. Stir in cheese and mustard until the dip is smooth. Serve.
