1 pkg fruit pectin, for no cook freezer jam, (1.59 oz)
4 lb. strawberries, diced and crushed
1 1/2 c. sugar substitute
In a large bowl, stir (carefully) sugar substitute and pectin. Add the crushed fruit and stir for 3 minutes. Ladle into freezer containers and let stand about 30 minutes, until thickened. Freeze for up to one year.
Makes 5-8 oz containers of jam. Jam servings size is 2 T. per serving.
