6 fresh
peaches, sliced
1 T, olive
oil
¼ c. brown
sugar
2 t. cinnamon
¾ c. granola,
low-fat
Add olive oil to a non-stick pan. Heat over medium high heat. Add sliced peaches, brown sugar,
cinnamon and granola to pan. Toss
ingredients together and heat until all is hot. Remove from heat and serve warm.
