1 can pineapple
chunks, drained (20 oz.)
1 orange, peeled, diced
2 c. red
grapes, seedless
1 c. vanilla
low-fat yogurt
1 green
pear (or red apple) cored, cubed
1 t. orange
zest
1 banana,
sliced
½ c. strawberries,
sliced
½ c. granola, low-fat
Combine pineapple chunks, grapes, pear, orange, banana, and strawberries in medium bowl. Stir yogurt and orange zest into fruit mixture; cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes allowing flavors to blend. Top with low-fat granola. Garnish with orange curl and fresh mint, if desired.
