4 corn
tortillas
¼ c. low
fat cheese, shredded
½ c. mild
green chilies, chopped
or use
salsa
Preheat
oven to 350. Spray small amount of
cooking spray on each tortilla.
Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
Place wedges on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake for approximately 10 minutes until
chips are crisp and brown.
Sprinkle cheese and green chilies or salsa over tortilla chips. Bake nachos at 400 degrees for 4
minutes or until cheese melts.
