20 oz. can pineapple
chunks
1 orange
2 c. red
grapes, seedless
1 c. vanilla
low-fat yogurt
1 green
pear (or red apple) cored, cubed
1 t. orange
zest
1 banana,
sliced
½ c. strawberries,
sliced
½ c. granola, low-fat
Drain pineapple chunks and combine with grapes, pear, orange, banana, and
strawberries in medium bowl. Stir
yogurt and orange zest into fruit mixture and top with low-fat granola.
Makes 12 ½-c. servings.
