EZ Rolls

1 c. very warm water

1 1/2 c. all purpose flour

1 T. sugar

1 pkg. rapid rising yeast

1 T. melted butter or trans-fat free margarine

1/2 c. whole wheat flour

1 t. salt


Mix water and butter together and set aside.  Mix together dry ingredients in medium bowl.  Add water/butter mixture to flour mix; stir until well blended. Add 3/4 to 1 c. flour until dough is workable. Place dough into oiled bowl and turn over in bowl to coat.  Cover dough with plastic wrap and let rise in warm place for 30 minutes until it double in size.  Punch down dough and oil or flour your hands if dough is too sticky and make in to the desired size: loaf, 12 rolls, or 12 clover leaf rolls in a muffin pan.  Let rise again in warm place for 30 more minutes.  Bake for 8-10 minutes in a 425 degree oven.
