2 c. dry macaroni cooked according to directions, rinsed and drained
5 green onions, chopped
2 small apples, chopped
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cucumber, chopped fine
1 lb. ham, cubed
¾ c. light mayonnaise
1 T. mustard
dash of cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients together and place in the refrigerator overnight or eat immediately.
Makes 12 - 1 cup servings.
