½ c. zucchini, diced
½ c. red onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ c. fresh cilantro, chopped

1 t. sugar
2 T. lime juice
½ t. salt
Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill and serve.
