1 onion, chopped
1 T. olive oil
1 28 oz. can of green beans with liquid
1 14 ½ oz. can of no salt added stewed tomatoes
Sauté onion in a large pan. Add can of green beans with liquid and stewed tomatoes. Let simmer for flavors to blend and liquid to reduce slightly.
