1 head Romaine lettuce, torn
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans (15.5 oz) kidney beans, drained
3/4 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheese
Put lettuce in large bowl. Add tomatoes and green pepper. Brown ground beef and drain off fat and liquid. Return beef to skillet and mix in taco seasoning. Mix meat, beans, and salsa. Add to salad. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
