1 T. olive oil
1 lb. chicken breast
3 c. broccoli florets, raw
1 can cream of chicken soup, fat free, reduced sodium
½ c. milk, skim
½ c. Cheddar cheese, reduced fat, shredded
Pour oil in skillet. Saute chicken in olive oil until thoroughly cooked. Add broccoli, soup and milk. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until
done. Sprinkle with cheese and
serve.
