½ c. celery, chopped
1 can pineapple chunks, drained, chopped (20 oz)
1 c. carrots, shredded
1 c. Granny Smith apple, chopped
8 c. cabbage, shredded (green)
½ t. celery seeds
¼ t. cayenne pepper
¼ t. black pepper
½ t. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise, light
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until everything is mixed well. Chill for at least one hour to allow flavors to blend.
