6 tart apples
½ c. Splenda blend
1/3 c. butter or acceptable margarine
¾ c. flour
1 t. cinnamon
Cut apples into 1/8 inch pieces. Place in a bowl and add 1/8
cup of Splenda blend and cinnamon.
Pour into a pie plate.
Combine the remaining 6 Tbsp. of Splenda blend, flour and butter in a
bowl. Rub with your fingers until
crumbly. Sprinkle over
apples. Bake at 425° F for 10
minutes, reduce temperature to 350° F, bake 35 minutes or until apples are
tender and topping is golden brown.
