Ingredients

  • 1 c Bakery mix*, low fat
  • ⅔ c Milk, skim, warm
  • ¼ c Syrup, light

*Bakery mix (baking mix) is a premixed baking product that includes flour, baking powder and other ingredients.

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 325°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, WHISK bakery mix, milk and syrup.
  3. SPRAY a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  4. FILL each muffin cup with 1 T of mixture.
  5. BAKE for 20 minutes.
  6. COOL and STORE in an airtight container.
