Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Angel food cake, sugar free, cubed, (10 oz)
  • 3 T Orange juice
  • ¼ t Vanilla
  • 2 ½ c Milk, skim
  • 2 pkg Vanilla pudding, sugar free, (1 oz each)
  • 1 ½ c Whipped topping, sugar free, divided
  • 2 pkg Mixed berries, frozen, thawed and drained (16 oz each)

Directions

  1. WASH hands with soap and water.
  2. PLACE cake cubes in a large bowl.
  3. DRIZZLE orange juice and vanilla over cake and TOSS to coat.
  4. POUR milk into another large bowl and ADD pudding mixes.
  5. BEAT with a whisk for 2 minutes or until well blended.
  6. Gently FOLD in 1 c of the whipped topping.
  7. PLACE half of the cake cubes in a 2-quart serving bowl. TOP with half the berries and half the pudding mixture.
  8. REPEAT layers. TOP with remaining ½ c of whipped topping. COVER with plastic wrap.
  9. COVER with plastic wrap. REFRIGERATE until set.
