Ingredients

  • 2 cans Pears, drained
  • ¼ c Brown sugar
  • 1 T Flour
  • ¼ t Cinnamon
Topping:
  • ¼ c All-purpose flour
  • ¼ c Whole wheat flour
  • ¾ c Rolled oats
  • ½ c Brown sugar
  • ¼ c Margarine, melted

Directions

  1. PLACE pears in an 8-inch baking dish.
  2. STIR in ¼ c of brown sugar with 1 T of flour and cinnamon.
  3. STIR the flours, rolled oats and ½ c brown sugar in small bowl and slowly stir in ¼ c melted margarine.
  4. SPREAD over pear mixture.
  5. BAKE at 350°F for 35 minutes or until tender and topping is golden brown.
