Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef, extra lean
  • 1 c Onion, diced
  • 1 cn Refried beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
  • 1 cn Enchilada sauce, red (10 oz)
  • 1 pkg Taco seasoning, Get Fresh! recipe
  • 1 c Cheddar cheese, reduced fat, shredded
  • 15 Tortillas, whole wheat

Directions

  1. In a skillet, BROWN ground beef and onions.
  2. DRAINS and RINSE meat and onions and RETURN to skillet.
  3. ADD refried beans, enchilada sauce, taco seasoning and cheese.
  4. COOK on medium low heat and SIMMER for 8-10 minutes.
  5. PLACE 1/4 c of filling on each tortilla, ROLL UP and SERVE or WRAP in foil and freeze.
  6. To COOK frozen burritos, BAKE in a 350˚F oven for 20-30 minutes.
