Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1¼ lb Chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 Orange (1 t orange zest + ½ c orange juice)
  • 1 T Soy sauce, reduced sodium
  • 1 T Brown sugar
  • 1 T Rice vinegar
  • ½ t Sesame oil
  • Hint Salt
  • Hint Crushed red pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • ½ t Ginger, ground, dried
  • 1 T Cornstarch
  • ¼ c Water, if needed

Directions

  1. TRIM any visible fat from the chicken breast.
  2. SPRAY a large skillet with cooking spray. PLACE chicken in the skillet and COOK on high for 4-6 minutes.
  3. In a 1 cup measuring cup or larger MIX remaining ingredients.
  4. When chicken is done, REMOVE skillet from the heat. POUR sauce mixture in the pan with the chicken and STIR to coat. SAUCE will thicken quickly. ADD 1/4 c of water to thin out sauce, if needed.
