Ingredients

  • 1 T Olive oil
  • 1½ t Sesame oil
  • 1 lb Green beans, fresh
  • 1 T Soy sauce, less sodium
  • 1 T Sesame seeds

Directions

  1. WARM a large skillet over medium-high heat and ADD olive oil and sesame oil.
  2. ADD green beans and STIR to coat.
  3. Partially COVER the skillet with a lid. COOK until the green beans are slightly browned in spots. REDUCE heat to medium and COOK for 2-3 minutes. STIR occasionally.
  4. REMOVE from heat and STIR in soy sauce. COVER and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
  5. SPRINKLE with sesame seeds and SERVE.
