Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Sweet potatoes
  • 2 t Southwest chipotle seasoning, no salt
  • 1 t Cumin
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. HEAT oven to 425°F.
  2. CUT each potato into 4-in chunks, then CUT crosswise into strips.
  3. In a large zip-top bag MIX southwest and cumin seasonings.
  4. ADD potatoes and TOSS until coated.
  5. SPRAY a baking sheet with cooking spray and ARRANGE potatoes in a single layer.
  6. BAKE for 35-40 minutes, TURNING once, until potatoes are lightly browned.
