Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 ¼ c Water
  • 1 ¼ c Flour
  • 2 t Garlic powder
  • ⅛ t Pepper
  • ¼ t Paprika
  • ¼ t Cayenne 6 ½ Cauliflower florets
Buffalo Sauce:
  • ⅔ c Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 T Chili powder
  • 1 t Paprika
  • 2 T Garlic powder
  • 1 t Onion powder
  • ½ t Cayenne powder
  • ¼ t Salt
  • 1 t Honey
  • 1 T Olive oil
  • 2 T Margarine

Directions

  1. PREHEAT the oven to 450°F and SPRAY a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. MIX water, flour, garlic powder, pepper, cayenne and paprika in a medium bowl.
  3. ADD the cauliflower in batches coating it with the flour mixture, then SHAKE off the excess batter and PLACE on a baking sheet. * You may also have the cauliflower in a large zip top bag and pour the batter on top to mix.
  4. BAKE for 20 minutes.
  5. COMBINE ingredients for the buffalo sauce in a sauce pan.
  6. WHISK until well combined. HEAT over medium-high heat until it comes to a BOIL.
  7. REMOVE from heat. If too thin add 1 t of cornstarch until it thickens.
  8. POUR or BRUSH half the sauce on the baked cauliflower and continue baking for 5 minutes.
