Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas, medium
  • ½ c Half and half, fat free
  • 2 c Milk, skim
  • ⅓ c Splenda sugar blend
  • ½ t Vanilla

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, MASH the bananas well with a potato masher or a sturdy whisk until lump-free. This should equal about 1 cup of mashed bananas.
  2. ADD all remaining ingredients until fully incorporated together.
  3. POUR mixture evenly into paper cups and freeze for 1 hour. The pops should be firm but not frozen.
  4. REMOVE from freezer and INSERT a wooden popsicle stick in the center of each pop.
  5. RETURN pops to freezer and freeze until solid, about 2 to 3 hours.
  6. To serve, PEEL paper cup away and eat immediately.
