Ingredients

  • 2 c Oats
  • 1 c Whole wheat flour
  • 1½ t Cinnamon
  • 1 t Baking powder
  • 1½ c Milk, skim
  • ¼ c Brown sugar
  • ½ c Applesauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • 1 c Trail mix, chopped

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 375°F.
  2. PLACE oats, whole wheat flour, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl and MIX well.
  3. In a separate large bowl, MIX milk, brown sugar, applesauce, egg and vanilla.
  4. POUR dry ingredients into the wet mixture. STIR to combine.
  5. ADD in trail mix. MIX well.
  6. Pour mixture into 9x13 pan. SPREAD evenly. BAKE for 30 minutes.
