Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 c Greek yogurt, vanilla, non-fat
  • 1 c Flour, self rising
  • ¼ c Sugar
  • 4 t Cornstarch
  • ½ c Water
  • 2 c Mixed berries, frozen, divided
  • 1 Orange, zested
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, reduced fat, softened
  • 2 t Cinnamon/sugar

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 425°F. COMBINE yogurt and self rising flour. KNEAD together and make into 8 balls of dough.
  2. Use a rolling pin, ROLL out into 8 individual pizzas. PLACE on a baking sheet and BAKE for 12 minutes, TURN over after 8 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, COMBINE ¼ c sugar, 4 t cornstarch, ½ c water and ½ c fruit. COOK on medium heat until thick.
  4. REMOVE from heat and ADD remaining berries. MIX. SET aside.
  5. In a small bowl, MIX orange zest and cream cheese. Set aside.
  6. SPRAY pizzas with cooking spray. SPRINKLE cinnamon/sugar evenly on 8 pizzas.
  7. SPREAD cream cheese mixture evenly over pizza crusts. TOP with berry mixture.
