Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 ¼ c Milk, 1 %
  • 1 Banana, mashed
  • ¼ c Syrup, lite
  • ½ c Blueberries
  • 2 c Bakery mix*, low-fat
  • 2 T Powdered sugar, optional

*Bakery mix (baking mix) is a premixed baking product that includes flour, baking powder and other ingredients.

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 425°F. SPRAY a 10x15 inch baking sheet with cooking spray and SET aside.
  2. MIX milk, banana and syrup in a large bowl.
  3. ADD bakery mix and STIR until combined.
  4. POUR into baking sheet and SPREAD evenly. SPRINKLE blueberries over batter.
  5. BAKE for 10 minutes then PLACE under the BROILER for 2 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to COOL then SPRINKLE powdered sugar on top, if desired.
