Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 2 c Whole wheat flour
  • 1 T Baking powder
  • 2 t Cinnamon
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 1 c Yogurt, vanilla, nonfat
  • 1 c Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • ¾ c Water

Directions

  1. COMBINE flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. In a medium bowl, MIX yogurt, milk, eggs, vanilla and water.
  3. ADD wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and MIX well.
  4. HEAT a griddle or large skillet on medium heat. SPRAY with cooking spray.
  5. SCOOP ¼ c of the batter and PLACE on the skillet.
  6. COOK 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form. FLIP and COOK until done.
